Nice to meet you, I’m Professor João Gomes, with a degree in Physical Education, a Master's in Sports Science, and a PhD in Health Sciences.
Since 2019, I’ve been the strength and conditioning coach for the Brazilian Rhythmic Gymnastics national team.
I’ve also worked as the strength coach for the Brazilian Basketball national team and several professional football clubs.
